Phil Kelleher Homes is a respected builder in Western Australia's South West region, known for delivering custom homes and renovations at the highest standard. Phil engaged us following advice from an industry proffessional, who emphasised the importance of a premium website to reflect the quality of his work.
Although his business thrives on referrals, his existing website didn’t align with the calibre of his builds or the direction he wanted to grow. Phil was also looking to re-enter the awards space and needed a digital presence that could support this shift. The key opportunity was to elevate his online brand while making it easier for clients to understand his full range of services.
Our Approach
We designed a custom Squarespace website that highlights both the craftsmanship and adaptability of Phil’s work. A clean, spacious layout and strong use of professional project imagery were central to the design, helping communicate a sense of scale and quality.
The structure was carefully planned to suit a premium audience. The site includes dedicated sections for featured projects, an overview of services, and a Awards section which highlights Phil’s history of excellence. While Phil builds luxury homes, he also values renovations and heritage projects, so the language and visual cues reflect both refinement and approachability.
SEO best practices were applied throughout, including keyword-rich headings, image optimisation, and metadata setup. We also built in a pre-qualifying contact form to help streamline project enquiries and reduce time spent on unsuitable leads.
