BYKP is a one-person studio, and that's the design, not the limitation. The person who researches your market writes your strategy. The person who writes the strategy builds the website. The person who built the website answers the phone two years later, already knowing how every piece fits.

01 The Story
BYKP is literally "by KP". The name is the promise.
Everything that leaves this studio is made by one set of hands: the research, the strategy, the design, the build, the words, and the work that keeps going after launch. That was true when BYKP started and it's the whole point now.
I've been building websites for 7 years, most of them for businesses across the South West: wineries, clinics, builders, jewellers, gift stores. Somewhere along the way a pattern became impossible to ignore. The websites that worked, really worked, moved the numbers and grew the business, were never the ones where I'd just been handed a brief. They were the ones where the thinking came first, where the strategy shaped the build, and where the relationship kept going long after launch day.
So BYKP was rebuilt around that pattern. Fewer projects, taken deeper. Strategy in every engagement, no exceptions. Results measured honestly and published when they mean something. The six case studies on this site aren't a highlights reel, they're the method, shown working.
I do all of this from Dunsborough, which is not a hardship posting. The businesses I work with are mostly founder-led, many of them within a half hour of my desk, some of them across the country. The coffee meetings are local. The work travels fine.
